**Responsibilities**:

- Design and manage (continuous improvement) of Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) draft formats in alignment with Business Development, finance, scientists/PMs and legal
- Independent generation of Proposals and SOWs, based on client information and technical information from the scientific team
- Contribute to establish business processes around sales & relevant administration (e.g., a RfC / review process) for quality assurance of client facing documents
- Contribute to identify new service offerings from incoming client requests and market assessment
- Contribute to maturing of the CRM system by a) entering client request specific information and b) identify and align options for process or system improvements with the relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

- University degree in Nature Sciences or Scientific writing
- Sound background in NGS and related molecular technologies, incl. ability to understand High Throughput Examination processes
- Demonstrated technical writing skills
- Deep understanding and practical know-how in designing projects and calculate relevant project pricing, based on available pricing information and rationales
- Identify and connect relevant stakeholders in a certain context of a client request, align project scope and performance with relevant team
- Experience in B2B interactions
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills and an aptitude for systems
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of self-organization and independence
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multitask under high pressure in a very fast-paced and evolving environment
