**Deck & Safety Superintendent (f/m/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the correct planning and timely execution of all deck & safety operations pertaining to the daily activities, maintenance, improvements and technical modifications for the assigned ships.
- Manage and is responsible for the vessels deck budgets & spare parts management
- Prepare and support for audits and inspections and also participate during onboard audits
- Follow up on findings in liaison and guidance with Cruise Governance/ Audit Management and documentation of findings in the Global HESS-MS platform
- Participate in regular HESS-/ Safety meetings together with HESS SI Environment, HESS SI USPH, Nautical & Safety SI under guidance of the Head of Safety and/or DPA
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent and minimum of 3 years professional experience in shipboard operations and preferably the maritime sector
- IMO license is mandatory
- Junior leadership experience
- Safety driven and cooperative attitude
- Very good command of the English language and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
