Head of Direct to Consumer

**Team Mission**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Direct to Consumer. In this role, you will have a direct impact on AMORELIE performance and are responsible for developing and implementing the growth strategy for our direct-to-consumer business in line with our business goals, customer understanding, and brand vision. Together with the team, you will have a major impact on the customer journey and performance of our core business. Your scope will go from traffic acquisition (SEA, SEO, Influencer, Display & Affiliate) to Onsite Experience and Customer Retention, with a focus on growth, impact, and efficiency.

**Position Details**:

- Type of Contract: unlimited
- Working time: Full-time 40h/week
- Office is located in Berlin
- Hybrid work model, but locally preferred, willingness to come to the office at least once a week required
- Corporate language: English
- German language skills required

**Job To Do's**:

- You develop a direct-to-consumer growth strategy aligned with business goals, customer understanding, and brand vision.
- You take end-to-end ownership for performance marketing, onsite management, and customer retention, always looking for impact and commercial relevance.
- You set budgets, targets, and KPIs and steer marketing channel experts for SEA, SEO, Influencer, Display, Affiliate, and CRM.
- You lead the team by fostering a strong team spirit and collaboration, but also coach your team members to develop into champions in their respective fields.
- You define, track, and reflect on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your team and as part of the organization's leadership team.
- You collaborate effectively with several stakeholders and teams in different locations (Brand, Creative, Data, Product, Merchandising...).
- You source, execute, and foster strategic partnerships.
- You ensure the availability of appropriate tools and frameworks for continuous decision-making.
- Last but not least, you are part of the leadership team of AMORELIE and have an impact on overall strategy and decision-making.

**Skills**:

- You have at least 5 years of work experience in Direct-to-Consumer brands, Business Development, performance marketing, Growth Hacking, or related fields.
- You have a strong track record in developing and implementing winning direct-to-consumer growth strategies.
- You have experience in managing and developing a team of passionate experts.
- You have demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and analyze ROI.
- You have a strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive performance.
- You have hands-on knowledge of selected marketing channels, such as SEA, SEO, Onsite CRM, Display, or Affiliate.
- You possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
- You are fluent in both German and English, both in written and spoken form.
- You have a passion for working with sexually fulfilled individuals everywhere.
