**Was du bei uns machst**:

- Du bist von der Idee bis zur Entwicklung unserer Games dabei und gestaltest aktiv unsere Zukunft mit
- Du entwickelst mit Unity/C# Cute Games, die täglich Millionen Menschen weltweit begeistern
- Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Game Designern, Artists und Product Ownern zusammen, um die bestmöglichen Spielefeatures umzusetzen
- Du hilfst uns dabei, den Produktionsworkflow in unserem Team zu optimieren
- Du unterstützt uns, unsere Codebase mit Blick auf die Performance zu verbessern
- Du machst Code-Reviews mit deinen Teammitgliedern

**Was du mitbringst**:

- Du hast Erfahrung als Game Developer und fundiertes Know-how in der Unity-Entwicklung
- Du hast bereits veröffentlichte Spiele von Beginn an begleitet
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, dich mit bestehendem Code vertraut zu machen und Lösungen für technische Probleme gemeinsam im Team zu finden
- Du kannst die Implementierung eines Features oder Fixes mit anderen Teammitgliedern und Bereichen wie Art, Game Design oder Produktmanagement absprechen
- Idealerweise Führungserfahrung in Game Development Teams

**Bonus-Punkte wären**:

- Idealerweise hast du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Spielen sowohl für Mobile, PC, als auch Konsole
- Du kennst dich in Tools und Software wie Jenkins, Xcode, Bitbucket, Git, Playfab oder Azure aus
