You are an professional in pharmaceutical production or want to gain experience in production firsthand in a large supply center. Experiences in implementation and operation of IT systems exist and you understand the regulatory requirements for GMP compliant operation. With strong communication and the willingness to find new and pragmatic solution you combine regulatory requirements with reality of digital projects in a sustainable way. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Lead the "Central Systems Integration & Reporting (CSIR)" team - Fully accountable for operation, maintenance, support and continuous improvement of IT systems with focus on logistics and reporting - Coordination, alignment and consulting for implementation of business demands with all stakeholders (business owner, enabling functions, external service providers etc.) - Steering of related project portfolio **WHO YOU ARE** - Master of engineering, computer science studies or other natural sciences - Several years of experience in management, operation and support of complex and business critical IT systems or infrastructure under GxP - Experienced in leading and developing employees - Experience in the management of larger IT projects - Professional experience in the area of IT supported pharmaceutical production desired - Conflict handling skills and assertiveness - Excellent communication skills - Fluent English and German in spoken and written **YOUR APPLICATION** This is your opportunity to tackle the world’s biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
