It employs large-scale simulation technologies to digitize customers and predict their purchase behaviour - in any environment. Our clients use Buynomics to make data-driven decisions about their current and new products, overall portfolio structure, pricing, promotions, trade terms, and more **What you'll do**: - Drive the growth of brand awareness, lead generation and engagement by using a variety of digital and traditional acquisition channels to generate interactions for our BDR organization. - Own the webinar program, including direct, 3rd party, and partner webinars. - Develop multi-touch omnichannel programs to engage prospects. - Create KPI reports and dashboards that make it easy to gain insights to drive performance. Using data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts. - Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue. - Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques. - Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process. **What you'll need**: - Degree in Marketing or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in demand generation in a fast-growing environment. B2B SaaS is strongly preferred. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms; Hubspot preferred. - Experience with content creation for awareness and demand generation campaigns. - SEO/SEM knowledge. - Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - You have managed a small team and aspire to create a team player, with a positive attitude towards the workplace that rewards achievers. - Experience with and understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels to create demand. - Experience growing a database organically and generating warm leads for SDRs. - Creative, innovative, and resourceful, with the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities. **What we offer**: - International and diverse work environment - A hybrid work model - Full onboarding support - A flat organizational structure - Opportunities to develop your skills with our employee development & education budget - We offer culture & integration benefits, as well as health & fitness benefits - Competitive compensation
