**Job Description** Your mission during this flight**:

- Provide strategic & operational leadership while managing the finance staff.
- Be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and driving operational efficiency.
- Lead month, quarter and year-end closing activities.
- Be responsible for analyzing balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Be responsible for all accounting & controlling topics.
- Develop and optimize accounting & controlling processes.
- Be responsible for all forecasting & budgeting activities.
- Support the Director of Finance with Financial Model and other financing activites.

**Qualifications** Check in your professional skills**:

- Bilanzbuchhalter or international Bilanzbuchhalter
- Bachelor of Science in accounting, controlling or finance
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or public accounting
- Experience with cost accounting and financial reporting in a production environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and SOX internal controls
- Fluent in German and English, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient understanding of HGB and IFRS
- Proficiency in BC is important
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
- SOX experience is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
