**What you can expect**:
We offer a **varied, individual and flexible working student job **in a modern, international reinsurance company in the heart of Cologne. We are a **young, international team that works in an agile manner **. You will benefit from **on-the-job training **in the day-to-day business, where you will gain many exciting insights into the world of an international insurance company. After your induction period, **one day of remote work per week **is possible for you.

**What you do with us**:
You support the Risk Management department by being responsible for the **implementation of customisations and access requests **. You will support the team in the **determination of requirements and change management **, as well as in the **analysis of system and user data **. Once you have been trained, you will contribute to the **strategic planning for Risk Technology **.

You are a **student of mathematics, computer science or natural sciences **. Initial **programming skills **and knowledge in the field of **data science are also a plus **. You are flexible (12-19 hours per week) and would like to work in our team **for at least one year **. You enjoy communication (in German and English) and **teamwork **and have a **hands-on mentality **.
