As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Managing Director for the DACH region to lead this exciting phase of growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Chapter 2 in the DACH region by driving the business forward, with the goal of increasing revenue by >200% in the coming years. The Managing Director will be a key member of the Executive Team and report directly to the Founder and CEO. Honesty and communication are the backbone of everything we do. **What You’ll Do** **Strategic & Commercial Leadership** - Full P&L responsibility for the DACH region, with a focus on achieving significant growth over the next few years (200%+). - Develop and execute the regional growth strategy, ensuring alignment with Chapter 2’s overall goals. - Identify new business opportunities, win new clients, and expand relationships with existing customers. - Lead the development of client partnerships, delivering exceptional talent and employer branding solutions and positioning Chapter 2 as a trusted leader in our industry. **Team Leadership & Development** - Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development, Account Directors, and Talent Teams working onsite with clients. - Foster a culture that attracts top talent, ensuring Chapter 2 becomes the most attractive long-term employer in the industry. - Create opportunities for team members to grow their careers within the company, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Operational & Legal Management** - Act as the Managing Director for the German entity, including legal representation and ensuring compliance with regional regulations. - Oversee operational functions, ensuring seamless delivery of talent and recruitment solutions across the region. **Collaboration & Global Strategy** - Work closely with peers in other regions to shape the global strategy, product offerings, and solution delivery. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s solutions, capabilities, and market presence, positioning Chapter 2 as the most successful firm in the Talent industry. **Who You Are** - A commercially driven leader with significant experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading teams, and managing P&L in a competitive marketplace. - Strong understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition industry, particularly within the DACH market. - Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on operational responsibilities and long-term planning. - Excellent communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders, lead teams, and manage complex client relationships. - Fluent in German and English, with strong regional market knowledge. **Why Chapter 2?** Chapter 2 is redefining how businesses approach Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and with that Employer Branding.
