Proclinical are recruiting a Medical Lead Hematology, Germany for a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide, arrange, and proactively participate in all pre-launch/pre-reimbursement actions for all compounds and indications.
- Collaborate with the medical director to form a medical footprint for the company, specifically within Germany.
- Work alongside the medical leads in both Austria and Switzerland to also lead and assist with their actions as meaningful and as required.
- You will locally enable any patient access programs to acknowledge high unmet medical requirements.
- Provide tactical direction, drives and is practical in the structured methodical implementation of all local medical actions, working alongside medical affairs Europe when suitable.
- Offer medical knowledge in all regulatory and reimbursement approval procedures in the DACH region.
- Guarantee legal brilliant and compliance in all medical actions as per M/S SOPs and local guideline.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Familiarity in a managerial role, especially with handling medical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to guide enhancing/newly formed teams to become high performing.
- Familiarity with product launches in oncology.
- Acquaintance with onco-hematology/solid tumours oncology with formed network to crucial experts in the DACH region and beyond.
- Educated to an advanced degree level with at least 8 years of pertinent work experience.
- A self-starter who is driven.
- Willing to travel for business needs.
- Passionate about tactical launch planning and implementation and track record in developing and implementing successful (pre-)launch initiatives.
- A scientific and/or clinical background to facilitate engagement of both internal and external shareholders within a scientifically meaningful exchange.
- Works well independently as well as in a team with the ability to adapt to change.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in the German and English language.
