**Region NCE>Commercial Mgmt. Office>Service Sales Manage** The Service Business is a major cornerstone of Vestas with a successful past and we have an eye towards significant growth in the near term. The Northern and Central European Service Commercial Management Office is a key contributor to this ambition, driving creativity while maintaining an understanding of appropriate risk management and mitigation efforts. The Service Commercial Management Office is a small and diverse specialist function supporting over 100 sales and commercial managers operating in over 20 countries across the Northern & Central Europe region with commercial governance, introduction of new offerings, unifying, improving and simplifying commercial approaches as well as management reporting and insights. Vestas has great growth ambitions, and the Service Commercial Management Office plays a key role to ensure we do so in a sustainable manner. **Responsibilities** - Drive commercial management initiatives to improve commercial governance and efficiency while considering commercial, operational, contractual, sales perspectives and local market differences - Own, develop and drive the implementation of service offerings into the regional markets - Work closely together with regional and global functions to implement and improve the use of a customized Salesforce CRM and CPQ platform - Interface with global functions on pricing and costing matters as it relates to sales incl. in-depth pricing and costing analysis, particularly in a market-based/competitive context - Use quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills to simplify complex challenges in order to prepare and present reports or recommendations to relevant management - Lead and continuously outline improvement areas/business requirements and interfacing with other global and group functions in the implementation - Contribute to the development of commercial service sales plans and strategic initiatives within Northern and Central Europe **Qualifications** - 5 - 10 years of highly relevant industrial experience, with preference for energy and renewables - Master's degree with focus on quantitative analysis (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Economics etc.) - Methodical experience/expertise in financial modelling and business case analysis is a requirement - Renewable energy finance market experience with development, infrastructure advisory or consulting, project finance or investment banking is a major plus - Experience in Salesforce platform **Competencies** - Able to establish influential relationships at all levels - Strong interest and understanding of economics and finance - Ability and drive to work in a complex organization where successful partnership with stakeholders is key - An analytical mindset, comfortable working with and presenting numbers - Capable of strutting and driving own portfolio of initiatives - Able to dive into processes and structures to develop simple and communicable solutions to complex problems - Good technical understanding and curiosity in the innovation space - Fluent in written and spoken English **What We Offer** We offer an exciting job with innovative opportunities for professional and personal development in a creative, ever-growing, high paced and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
