Chemovator operates right at the intersection between the chemical industry and the venture capital world. In our small and inter disciplinary team, you have the possibility to significantly design our marketing and communications activities with your own creative input and hands-on mentality.
We are located in Mannheim and looking for a **Communications and Marketing Generalist (M/F/d)** who is a motivated and highly self-driven expert to take full ownership for most of our marketing topics.

**Your role**:
These tasks will await you with us:

- Independent, over-all event management of digital and in-person events: from planning to execution and post-event follow-up
- Support in the conceptualization of the current and future marketing and content strategy
- Implementation and execution of marketing and content strategy across multiple channels (e.g. digital marketing, social media, website, etc.)
- Creative design and implementation of marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Drive Chemovator internal content communication e.g., internal articles, content management etc.
- Keeping a constant eye on the performance marketing of Chemovator GmbH and support with brand management for the growing Chemovator brand
- Constant maintenance and expansion of our CRM system
- Editorial writing of press releases about our investments
- Beeing the first contact person for all external communication topics and promotion of public and media relations, e.g. press releases, articles, etc.
- Create and further develop communication processes that enable Venture Teams to stay flexible, focused and effective

**Your offer**:

- You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Economics or another relevant field of study (Bachelor or Master)
- You have already gained 1-3 years of professional experience in the marketing and communications environment
- You are proactive in your actions and able to keep an eye on our 12 month event calander
- You have already organized your first events (digital and on-site) and are familiar with virtual events
- You are not afraid of getting up on stage and speaking in front of an audience
- You have operational experience in setting up and optimizing marketing, branding and communications activities
- You ideally know the basics of performance marketing
- You already collected editorial experience in writing texts
- You feel comfortable in an agile, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

You are curious how the interview process will look like?
After we screened your documents and consider you a fit, we will invite you to a first virtuel get to know with Tobi (ca. 20 Min).
Followed by an invitation for the second virtuel interview round to get to know Jenny (Marketing) and Viola (HR) (ca. 45min)
And the Last step would then be a visit to the CHEM Office, where you will get to know the rest of the team and have to handle a short case study (half day)
