**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies in collaboration with respective global product management
- Creation, implementation and result monitoring of global marketing concepts and specific campaigns for Master Builders Solutions with clear digital focus
- Selection of the right platforms to reach specific target audiences
- Contribute to the team efforts to consistently increasing brand awareness and generating measureable leads
- Create content to feed our global digital communication channels, e.g. social media, blogs and website, but also e.g. for optimizing our brochures, flyers, advertisements etc. towards more digitalization
- Planning, organizing and implementing global trade fairs and events
- Ensure global brand fit, customer relevance and digital focus in technical papers, interviews, customer presentations, trainings/webinars, etc in our focus markets
- Be the interface to external service providers for creating and implementing campaigns
- Co-Management of the global brand management budget
- Being a role model for the global marketing communications & digital marketing community

**Experience**:

- Degree in Business Administration with focus on marketing communications, brand management, digital marketing or comparable
- Minimum 3 years Experience in comparable positions
- Experience in global marketing, digital marketing and the implementation of brand values on various touchpoints
- Experience in target group (persona) specific content-generation and development of specific marketing concepts (on
- and offline)
- Experience in working with digital marketing tools for monitoring campaigns and in working the construction industry is an advantage
- Flexible, accurate and discreet, excellent in organizing and pragmatic in problem solving
- Fluent in English (Europe C1 Level or comparable)
- Very good knowledge in MS Office and SAP and Know-How in digital communications
