Deine Rolle

Werde Teil unseres NBT Teams und unterstütze uns als Director of Investment (w/m/d) beim erfolgreichen fundraising der Ventures und NBT.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt aktiv die kommerzielle und finanzielle Due Diligence.
- Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung, bereitest die Deal Strukturierung vor und präsentierst diese den verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
- Du entwickelst eine nachhaltige Deal Pipeline und führst eigenständig Verhandlungen mit Gründern und Co-Investment Partnern.
- Du koordinierst externe Rechtsberater oder interne Juristen bei Verhandlungsprozessen.
- Du unterstützt die NBT Portfolio Steuerung einschließlich laufender Erfolgskontrolle.

Stellenanforderungen

Das bringst du mit
- Du verfügst über Umfassende Erfahrungen, idealerweise 7+ Jahre.
- Du hast idealerweise einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wie einem stark wachsenden Start-up oder VC-Fonds.
- Du besitzt detaillierte Fachkenntnisse über die Bedingungen von VC-Deals und Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Finanzierungsrunden für Start-ups und bringst ein hervorragendes Netzwerk in der Start-up-Szene der DACH-Region mit.
- Du verfügst Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zum Einsatz verschiedener Techniken für die Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Investmentstrategien im Einklang mit den Investmentzielen sowie für effektives Portfoliomanagement.
- Du sprichst ein sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch.
