WHAT WE OFFER

Our functional area CEO (Chief Executive Officer) is responsible for the strategic guidance and further development of Covestro and its corporate culture. The Sustainability & Public Affairs division is responsible for the strategic development and management of sustainability issues at Covestro. We manage sustainability issues that cover all business entities and are relevant to Covestro as a whole.

Your internship will take place in the area of “Sustainability Engagement & Social Topics” where the topics of Human Rights, Donations, Sustainability Reporting and ESG Ratings and Rankings are managed.

During this internship- You will work on strategic sustainability issues for Covestro in the area of human rights.- As a full team member, you will support the cross-functional Human Rights team and will have the chance to independently supervise your own sub-projects.- You will support us with our Human Rights Management system and gain experience in integrating strategic sustainability topics into business processes.- Your tasks will include the execution of research & analysis, project management, creating presentations and communication materials, text revision, etc.- Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to gain further experience in other Sustainability areas by supporting other projects in the department.

WHAT YOU OFFER-
- You have already gained work experience, e.g., through other internships-
- You have a pronounced interest in social sustainability issues- You exhibit the following working-style characteristics: analytical, structured, highly self-motivated, innovative, communicative and enjoy working in a team- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
