Join us and our 18.000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.Your Future Field of ActionOur CEO (Chief Executive Officer) functional area is responsible for the strategic direction and further development of Covestro and its corporate culture and includes, among other things, all management functions of the Group as well as innovation management and sustainability.Your internship will take place in the ‘Sustainability Ratings, Reporting & Social Responsibility’ department, where the topics of sustainability reporting, ESG ratings and rankings, human rights and donations are managed. We work on sustainability topics that affect all business units and are relevant for Covestro as a whole.In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive salary of €2,100 gross/month for a full-time position.Your Opportunities at CovestroYou will work in different areas of the team on strategic sustainability topics for Covestro and gain broad experience in sustainability and social issuesIn particular, you will support the strategic development of our sustainability reporting, materiality analysis and sustainability KPI review as well as support ESG ratingsAs a fully-fledged team member, you will support various projects in the field of sustainability and have the opportunity to manage your own sub-projects independentlyYour tasks will include conducting research and analyses, project management, creating presentations and communication materials (e.g. for senior management)You will also be responsible for developing and implementing activities in the area of sustainability communication and engagementYou will support us in integrating sustainability into our business processes in order to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and our own valuesThis Makes You Our Perfect MatchYou are studying economics or communication sciences, sustainability management, business administration, management, natural sciences or a comparable subject in a Master's programmeYou have already gained some work experience, e.g. through other internshipsAdvanced use of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, is essentialExperience with data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBi) and initial insights into agile working methods are an advantageSustainability issues particularly fascinate youYou would describe yourself as analytical, structured and communicative, have a high level of self-motivation and enjoy working in a teamYou have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English (at least B2)The position is preferably to be filled from January 2026 onwards. The duration of the internship is ideally 6 months.
