**Your mission**:

- We are looking for a rockstar intern to support our Business Development team in driving the commercialization of one of Europe’s leading biotech startups. Embark on a mission to help Mushlabs navigate uncharted territory, as we are pushing the envelope in the emerging field of food-biotech innovation. Together with the BD team you will identify and assess growth opportunities globally. Your systematic analysis, creative problem solving and financial assessment has a direct impact on the decisions of the company’s leadership. In your day-to-day, you’ll be interacting with highly talented and impact-driven passionate Mushlabians across all teams, from science to marketing. It is your objective to build a comprehensive understanding of business opportunities by creating models, analyzing business scenarios, and implementing metrics to ensure that we achieve our strategic goals in the short, medium, and long term.- Assess global business opportunities and develop recommendations for a viable course of action
- Lead critical market analysis, involving industry experts, to map market entry barriers, government subsidies, and competitive dynamics in a given market
- Help to build Mushlabs’ public profile in conference and fairs

**Your profile**:

- MBA degree from a top tier university
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal. German Language is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Hands on, entrepreneurial drive
- Nice to have: Internship experience in the food industry
