**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review tender packages to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Evaluate offers and bids from suppliers and contractors, assessing their suitability and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to understand procurement needs and timelines.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making in supplier selection and contract awards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procurement activities.
- Monitor supplier performance and adherence to contract terms.
- Support the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +10years experience in construction procurement or a similar role
- Very good understanding of German procurement procedures for CSA, MEP
- Connected to German regional construction market
- A fter the onboarding period, part time remote is possible
- German language (speaking, writing) is a must
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procurement best practices.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
