For more about Allianz SE, Click Here. **Who will you be joining?** Within the Allianz SE Solo Ops, IT & Organization, the SE Holding Ops, IT & Organization team is in charge of the headquarters operations to offer a customer centric service and state of the art working environment to Allianz SE employees. As a working student in the Corporate Building Solutions team, you will accompany major construction projects on the client side at the AZSE headquarters and ensure that all of AZSE´s user requirements are fully implemented. You will also be involved in the further development of the workplace concept and the interior design, and you will experience how sustainability plays an important role in our projects. In addition, you will be part of the retained organization within Allianz SE that manages the AZ internal service organization for construction project management. This role will help drive and deliver an integrated strategy that incorporates technologies to increase customer centricity, enable the new working model and improve our environmental footprint. **How can you make an impact?** - Support the organization, planning, steering and implementation of construction projects to improve the work environment for employee satisfaction, implement energy measures to reduce the environmental footprint of our campus, and address building deficiencies to achieve resilient buildings - Assist in the development of the innovative workplace concept and high-quality interior design - Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the retained organization for the internal construction project management - Liaise with various departments and project teams - Perform tasks related to team management, e.g. organizational set-up of the team, administrative tasks, etc. - Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Support steering committee meetings - Conduct analysis and research and prepare reports - Participate in the further development of our building sustainability strategy and ESG planning. **What are you made of?** **Minimum Qualifications** - Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in architecture, engineering, business administatration or a related field for the entire duration of the position.
