We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The offered position is either suitable for an experienced technical operational Purchaser or for someone with an appropriate academic background or vocational qualification who wants to develop in this direction. The Purchaser will initially provide support to the procurement of aerospace hardware (bolts, nuts, washers etc.) from various suppliers in Europe, with a focus on French Suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Procure product on time, on cost and on quality to meet the requirements of our customers
- Identify requirements and act proactively (in alignment with other group functions) to assure a stable supply chain for our customers
- Engage with suppliers to assure price availability/stability
- Manage the master data owned by the supply chain team and assure/improve accuracy
- Manage supplier performance process
- Location Bremen, Germany

**Basic Qualifications**:

- German vocational qualification, B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English and French is a must, German language skills are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Sales for goods, requiring technical explanation
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances
