THE ROLE

A motivated, marketing minded individual to assist with marketing operations and support the global marketing team. This individual will own the field marketing and channel marketing budget administration, work closely with our Finance team on invoicing and tracking spend, as well as, produce CRM reports and dashboards. This person will report to the SVP, Global Marketing. This role can be filled either in Bremen, Germany or Reading, UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create accrual reports for US and EMEA
- Manage the various payment methods used for marketingpayments
- Liaise with our partners on sponsored activities, including: track marketing income, review contract terms and liaise with partner finance teams for payments
- Work closely with the IGEL Purchasing team
- Own the MDF process for tracking spend against budget, request missing information, download partner invoices
- Own the field marketing budget spreadsheet. Track spend, liaise with the regional marketing managers to ensure data hygiene is maintained
- Produce Dynamics/CRM reports/dashboards on a regular basis to track marketing KPIs and pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in business, finance or marketing, etc., Marketing or marketing-related bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Experience with CRM (such as Dynamics) and marketing tools/platform (such as Act-On)
- Good understanding of budget administration, reporting and dashboards
- 3+ years working in Marketing Operations or Coordination would be great
- Data-driven and analytics minded, able to create dashboards and gather data
- Understanding of marketing funnel, metrics and lead scoring
- Flexibility, integrity and creative problem-solving skills
- Be a team player who builds good working relationships across all levels
- Superb detail oriented and organizational skills as well as a p ositive and strong work ethic
- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable in fast paced work environments
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision
