**PR and Social Media Management Intern / Working Student (f, m, x)**

You will support our Leadership team and Office team with all tasks related to PR and Social Media Management in the field of DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) as well as internal projects and will have the opportunity to gain diverse insights into our broad fields of work and BrightHouse as an organization.
We are looking for someone who can spend 3-6 months with us in a full-time internship or is interested in a working student position (20hrs/ week during regular semester course, more possible in semester breaks).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the BrightHouse Leadership Team and the Business Services team with tasks, which include but are not limited to research, content creation / writing texts, Social Media efforts and administrative tasks
- Supporting the content creation process, including research, writing texts and preparation of posts for various online platforms
- Assisting the work of our Managing Director(s) and HR Director with their DEI efforts
- Other administrative coordination and preparing written documents and presentations

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least second year of your bachelor studies, master preferred or equivalent apprenticeship in PR or Social Studies related field
- First working experience in PR or Social Media Management is a plus
- Fluent German language skills, ideally at a native speaker level, very good written and spoken English language skills
- An independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
- A friendly manner, flexibility, and reliability
- Skilled in writing eloquently is a plus
- Passion for purpose and working in an impactful organization
