What is the role and company?
Join a leading financial services group as an Adaptive Planning Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. This role focuses on managing the Adaptive Planning tool to support the group’s financial planning and analysis needs.
What will I be doing?
**As an Adaptive Planning Specialist, you will**:
**Tool Management**: Oversee the management and maintenance of the Adaptive Planning tool, ensuring it meets the group’s financial planning and analysis requirements.
**New Requirements**: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement new requirements, ensuring the tool evolves with the business needs.
**Modelling**: Develop and maintain financial models within the Adaptive Planning tool to support strategic decision-making.
**Business Analysis**: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced tool utilization.
**Configuration**: Configure the Adaptive Planning tool to align with business processes and requirements.
**Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
**Training**: Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices and ensuring effective tool usage.
What profile will I require?
**Experience**: Proven experience in managing and configuring Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools.
**Language Skills**: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
**Technical Skills**: Strong skills in financial modelling, business analysis, and tool configuration.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
**Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
**Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
**Adaptability**: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
