**About the role**: We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Head of Affiliate Marketing**. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage all affiliate and partnership marketing initiatives within the company. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and play a critical role in shaping the company’s affiliate marketing strategy and performance framework.

**What you will do**:

- **Affiliate Strategy**: Develop a global affiliate marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on performance metrics, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 marketing specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- **Partner Management**: Own and negotiate partnerships with top-tier affiliates, ensuring strong collaboration and long-term impact on brand growth.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI.
- ** Innovation**: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously explore new opportunities to enhance our affiliate marketing approach.

**Who we are looking for**:

- ** Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or similar, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and the affiliate business model.
- **Relationship Management**: Proven experience in B2B relationship management, preferably with e-Commerce business models such as affiliate networks and marketplaces (e.g. Awin, Daisycon, Amazon).
- ** Team Leadership**: A strong track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyse data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Adaptability**: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and makes smart, prioritized decisions to address high-impact marketing issues.
