Dies beinhaltet konkret: - Verfassen, Schaltung und Pflege von Stellenanzeigen beispielsweise auf LinkedIn Bewerbermanagement - Erste Screening-Telefonate mit interessierten Bewerbern und Vereinbaren von Gesprächen ("Bewerbermanagement") - Verfassen von personalrelevanten Dokumenten Was Du lernen wirst: - moderne, digitale und datengetriebene Personalarbeit Einblicke in schnell-wachsende Startups in spannenden Branchen - Performance Marketing und Social Media Aktivitäten Content Erstellung für Employer Branding und Bewerbermarketing - Arbeitsrechtliche Zusammenhänge und Umsetzung in der Praxis Aufbau von HR Software und Digitalisierung von HR Prozessen und vieles mehr Die Rolle ist remote im Home Office zu besetzen.
