Our client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for a:
**Retail HR Business Partner DACH**

**Areas of responsibility**:

- Work closely with Retail managers and employees to provide guidance and support on various HR matters, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment
- Define and implement an HR strategy with Retail Management to reach the target goals for the local market
- Provide guidance and support to Retail managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions
- Develop and deliver training programs for retail employees
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures
- Performance management including compensation and benefits programs

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- 5 - 10 years of experience with solid experience in HR and Retail sector
- Knowledge of fundamental HR practices - Employee Relations, Talent Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, local Labor Law
- Effective communication skills
- German and English fluent

**Location**:Munich area

**Salary**: 80,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year
