**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Reporting to the functional head of power delivery management to drive operational excellence and performance
- Long
- and short-term sales procurement
- Operational management of 3rd party contracts
- Nomination of physical performed power trades for the entire portfolio
- Provide accurate and compliant daily trade capturing service to FO Power
- Matching of physical performed power trades with internal and external counterparties in national and international control areas
- Schedule analysis and reporting services
- Take a key role in developing our data strategy future
- Maintain and optimise operational tools and processes by using operational excellence (OE) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to follow our digitalisation strategy roadmap to cope with changing market requirements
- Participate in cross team/unit projects and take responsibility to implement new or changing operational processes
- Working in shift to cover 365 power delivery operation

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Educated up to university degree level, ideally in Engineering, Economics or similiar qualifications
- At least 18 months experience in day ahead and intraday power business
- Proven track record in power sales business
- Proven knowledge in Short Term Power Trading, Optimisation and Dispatch related Front Office processes
- Cross Department project experience favorable
- Verified IT programming skills in python, MS VBA, Power BI, MS Power Automate and strong knowledge in MS SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills and capabilities to manage successful complex operational issues with structured approaches, also in stressful situations
- Passion to deliver results in effective way and familiar with technics to steer decision processes
- Strong team player and clear understanding of shift requirements to support Uniper's power business success
- Ability to stay focused in a changing and developing environment to support new orientations and developments
- Business English and German
- Dealing with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Dealing with several screens (certain PC affinity)
