AVP-UK Limited is an Audio-Visual integrator with offices in London, Surrey and Amsterdam. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform site surveys and needs assessment
- Install and implement AV equipment
- Provide onsite assistance and educate customers and staff on audio/visual systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any problems
- Preventive maintenance visits on completed projects
- Work with other engineers on various projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Two years of technical experience designing or technically managing Audio Visual systems or IT infrastructure
- Full capacity with power tools, drills and fixings
- Computer/laptop/smartphone proficiency
- Experience with audio-visual conference room/presentation equipment plus
- Ability to travel frequently - valid passport
- Ability to lead the delivery of software to individual sites
- High attention to detail while balancing multiple projects
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to stakeholders, engineers, and customer support staff
- Valid driver's license
- Strong technical skills including knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite, ability to learn new systems

**Salary**: From 25,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Düsseldorf: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- AV & Communication System Technicians: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
