Dafür benötigen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung - Machen Sie mit Als People Lead „Process & Capability Management“ im Einkauf tragen Sie eine besondere Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und deren Mitarbeiter*innen.**Vielfältige Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind in der agilen Organisation tätig und für die strategische und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeit*innen verantwortlich und sichern damit die Kompetenzen und Skills im Bereich „Process & Capability Management“
- Als erste*er Ansprechpartner*in für die Mitarbeiter*innen sind Sie für deren persönliche und individuelle Weiterentwicklung zuständig und nutzen die personalwirtschaftlichen Instrumente (wie z. B. Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Entwicklungsdialog)
- Einer Ihrer Aufgaben ist es, dass Sie sich regelmäßig einen Überblick über den Skillbedarf in der agilen Organisation verschaffen und sorgen dafür, dass der Skillbedarf bedient wird

**Überzeugendes Profil**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter*innen, idealerweise in einem agilen Kontext (Stichwort: verteilte Führung) bringen Sie mit
- Prozess
- und ergebnisorientiertes sowie menschenzentriertes Denken und Handeln verbunden mit Authentizität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Empathie zeichnet Sie aus
- Sie haben Spaß in einer verteilten Führung zu arbeiten und diese mitzugestalten und das in einem agil organisierten Bereich
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse im Einkauf
- Sie sprechen sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch und bringen ein sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsstärke mit
