As a Senior PXBP for Mimacom Germany (a MFG Company), you're not just a business partner; you're the guardian of the people experience, wielding your skills to champion our team's growth and success. You'll dive headfirst into the heart of our organization, partnering closely with leaders and teams to cultivate a culture that's as dynamic and forward-thinking as our technology. Get ready to unleash your powers of positivity, innovation, and performance You’ll work directly with the Global VP People & Organisation, as well as the Management Team of Mimacom Germany. What You'll Do: This is a dual role. Approximately 60% of the time, you will lead the "People Experience" department as a business partner and take care of all matters concerning our employees, while the remaining 40% you will support the management in their projects and work. Here's an overview of what you'll be doing: PEOPLE EXPERIENCE (approx. 60% of your time) 1. Strategic PX: - Collaborate with our MFG leaders to align PX initiatives with our ambitious business goals. - Dream up and execute PX strategies and processes to retain, and develop the best talent in the market. - Lead the charge in organizational effectiveness and change management - Promote our corporate values and help shaping a positive culture - Planning of resource requirements in close cooperation with management and the internal recruiting team - Assisting executives with the annual budgeting and promotion process - Work on global PX projects in cooperation other PX leaders of thr group. 2. Employee Relations: - Become the go-to person for managers and employees alike, offering sage advice and guidance on all things PX along the whole "Employee Life Cycle".. - Tackle employee relations challenges with grace, wisdom, and a touch of humor. - Foster a culture of openness, trust, and camaraderie for all of the organisation. - Support the Teamleaders and managemnt in devoling and managing their teams 3. PX Operations - Transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures. - Leade annual processes such as performance evaluation, salary planning, etc. - Analyse and assess salary structures and administer employee benefits. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Support employee development via traning programs and career planing - Manage internal communication to the employees - Support employer branding initiatives and activities. - Actively support the monthly payroll process together with external providers and our finance team. - Support the Management team in the controll of people related costs and keep a high chargeability of our consultants. 4. Compliance and Risk Management Adventures: - Guide the management team around legal and regulatory landscapes. - Stay vigilant against PX-related risks and challenges, protecting our team with your expert knowledge and foresight. - Monitoring and controlling the implementation of ISO HR-Core processes (TQMi; incl. external Audits). Management Support (approx. 40% of your time) - Supporting management in day-to-day organizational operations - Preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up of management and strategy meetings - Project responsibility and independent execution of local projects - Close collaboration with our Legal Department to ensure compliance with legal regulations What You'll Need: We are seeking a natural talent in communication, collaboration, and leadership. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 5+ years of daring HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior business partner or similar generalist role. - Solid knowledge of HR principles, labor law, and regulations. - Familiar with payroll processes and deeper understanding of the interface between finance and HR. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment and navigate uncharted territories with confidence. - Bonus points for experience in HRIS (ideally Workday). - Good sense of humor (take your job seriously, but yourself - not too much) What to Expect: Your personal and professional growth is important to us, and we offer a range of benefits and opportunities to support your journey. However, for this specific role, we believe that a regular presence of 2-3 days per week in the office is required to build personal relationships, grasp the “vibe” of the team, deal with legal documents and participate in the famous “watercooler chats”.
