**Your future tasks**:

- design, plan & create websites for our customers
- backlog prioritization of websites & operations roadmap
- KPI definition & measurement of our product
- develop new templates & improve existing templates in regards to UI & UX
- be the internal person of contact for all technical questions on website design, usability, conversion centered design
- strategic development of our website product
- generate key findings for the optimization of customer websites by analysing the customer/user journey
- regular coordination of requests, goals & priorities of other teams (Sales, Account Management, IT)

**Your Profile**:

- If you have already managed a small team, this would be a plus
- You know your way around CM systems like wordpress or sitejet
- A basic knowledge of A/B tests, web analytics & SEO is also given
- Tools like Confluence/Jira, Microsoft Team & Google Cloud are not foreign to you

**This is important to us**:
You are very confident with the management of web projects.

A minimum of 3 years experience with user interface design, user experience & user testing are highly valued.

You have a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
