Graphic Designer

**Deine Aufgaben/Your tasks**:
**UX/UI** & Web** Design**
- Take the lead in designing our website and web shop, in close collaboration with Marketing and Web Development.
- Own the UX design process with a strong focus on accessibility, responsiveness, user-centricity and brand consistency.

**Marketing**& Ad**Creatives**
- Design high-performing and eye-catching visuals for social media Ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) and awareness campaigns.
- Design banners, infographics, illustrations, product images, and animations in line with our content calendar and campaign needs.

**Sales**&**Content Design**
- Develop professional layouts and visuals for whitepapers, eBooks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Support the Sales, Partner and Customer Success team with the creation of visually appealing presentations, sales decks and brochures.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with our internal design team to ensure consistent branding and a scalable design system.
- Take part in creative brainstorming sessions and proactively suggest visual designs and brand improvements.

**Ownership**&**Quality**
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure a user-centric approach by incorporating feedback, data, and accessibility best practices into the design process.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to support scalability and brand consistency.

**Dein Profil/ Your profile**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced marketing or SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design, marketing campaigns, and B2B brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and Canva.
- Experience with responsive web design and collaborating with developers.
- Strong project management and English-speaking communication skills, that allow you to collaborate with international team members.
- A collaborative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for inclusive design.
