Deine Aufgaben/Your tasksBrand & DesignTake ownership over our design and define the creative vision and strategy for the Eye-Able brand.Evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms — digital, print, motion, and product.Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Product, and Management, ensuring visual consistency and brand coherence.Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven, and innovative team culture.UX/UI & Web DesignLead the design of our website, collaborating closely with Marketing and Web Development.Own the UX process, focusing on accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, usability, and scalability.Translate complex information into intuitive, inclusive, and visually engaging interfaces.Ensure brand and design consistency across all user journeys and digital experiences.Marketing & Ad CreativesDesign high-performing visuals and animations for social media ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) and awareness campaigns.Create infographics, product visuals, illustrations, and banners that elevate our storytelling.Collaborate with Marketing to align design output with campaign goals and content strategies.Sales & Content DesignDevelop compelling layouts and visuals for whitepapers, one-pagers, case studies, and eBooks.Support Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams with presentations, sales decks, and brochures that leave a lasting impression.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork hand-in-hand with internal teams to strengthen our design system and ensure a unified brand experience.Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, proactively driving new visual concepts and brand improvements.Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to integrate accessibility-first design principles.Ownership & QualityManage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.Use feedback, data, and accessibility best practices to continuously improve design outcomes.Maintain and evolve our design system to support growth, scalability, and visual coherence across all channels.Dein Profil/ Your profile5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, or UX/UI Design Lead.Motion Design experience (creation of animations, video cutting) using tools like Adobe AfterEffects and JitterStrong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling in a B2B or SaaS context.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects); knowledge of Canva is a plus.Experience in responsive web design, motion/animation design, and cross-functional collaboration with developers.Solid understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG) and inclusive design.Excellent communication and project management skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, detail orientation, and passion for designing with purpose and inclusivity.Warum wir?/About usPerspective on entrepreneurial success – You are part of our expansion and can grow with us.Purpose-driven mission – Your contribution improves digital inclusion for millions of people every day.31 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and a supportive, ambitious team.Creative freedom – Your ideas and sales expertise are truly valued here.Benefits – Our benefits support your well-being, which is a key priority for us.
