Chief of Staff

Your role

Circula is entering into its growth phase with the vision to establish ourselves as a category leader in the accounting/ payroll industry of Europe.

As we grow our team to support our growing product offering, go-to-market plans and internationalizations we are on the lookout for our Chief of Staff that will work directly with our CEO Nikolai, to support our management team in their efforts to execute against our ambitious plans, to drive strategic projects end-to-end and be a force multiplier for the founder's strategic focus. You will be driving critical projects, strategic initiatives and business cadence, while building our organization for our scale from 70 to 200 colleagues and beyond.

**Your mission**: Maximize output of the management team and CEO.

The Chief of Staff role is a unique opportunity. You will be behind the scenes, with a 360 degree view on all aspects of the business. We are looking for a highly structured, smart, detail-oriented person with low ego and insane sense of ownership. Please be funny as well.

**Your Tasks**:

- Support CEO to drive Circula’s strategic priorities, managing planning and cross-functional governance structure to ensure focus on execution of our goals
- Oversee cross-functional projects and drive efficiency across functions by aligning stakeholders, support teams in decision making and reducing complexities
- Take over full responsibility on strategic initiatives from concept to execution as well as supporting the Management Team on functional projects
- Support the Management Team in developing long-term business strategy, board-related matters as well as acting as sparring partner to the CEO and Management Team
- Manage & document operating cadence and facilitate effective decision making building by maintaining an effective governance structure and reporting framework
- Planning annual all-company strategic planning sessions, smaller steering group sessions and off-sites focused on mid
- and long-term business goals
- Support the CEO in internal and external communications

Your Qualifications
- Experience in a fast growing tech company with broad functional responsibilities across product, business operations, strategy and business development
- You've worked in demanding positions before - whether in consulting, private equity, or already at a startup.
- Excellent communication & social skills to establish strong relationships across departments and ability to navigate through conflicts
- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to divide and conquer complex problems by yourself and come up with great solutions
- High integrity and humbleness are imperative.
