We are a young industrial company and a leader in the production of high-quality recyclates from mixed plastic waste. We have build a first plant implementing our in-house Newcycling® technology at industrial scale at the company headquarter in Merseburg. Further plants and new technologies are being planned. For the realization we rely on a network of strong partners from the fields of science, technology and finance.**

**Executive Assistant to the CEO (M/F/d)**
**Your Profile**
- Completed studies in the field of (industrial) engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study, with a focus on strategy and corporate management, as well as three years of professional experience.
- Understanding of business issues and experience in alternative courses of action and strategic measures, knowledge of relevant KPIs
- Knowledge of common management and controlling tools, accounting, valuation, M&A
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and organisational skills
- Independent, responsible and result-oriented way of working as well as a quick grasp of new ideas
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
**Your tasks**
- Supporting the Chairman of the Board/CEO in operational and strategic issues and projects
- Preparation of meaningful decision papers and presentations
- Preparation and follow-up of general meetings, supervisory board and executive board meetings and meetings with stakeholders
- Collaboration with colleagues on the Executive Board and employees from all areas of the company
- Taking on a wide range of tasks to relieve the Chairman/CEO of his workload
