**Location: Berlin, Germany** **Full time: 3 days remote, 2 days in the office.**: Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance - the "Netflix" of the dance world. We provide curated classes & programs for dancers and dance teachers. Born out of passion, we are committed to creating classes that offer the best learning experiences for dancers around the world. Founded in 2021 in Berlin and backed by investors, our community consists of dancers in over 100+ countries. Top countries include the USA, Europe, and Japan. **We're looking for an Executive Assistant (based in Berlin) to join the co-founders to support day-to-day operations and communications, improving the overall efficiency of our organization. This role is intended to support the CEO, Caspar Hees, with various tasks.** **Your** **responsibilities**: - Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion - Manage various projects and see them through to completion (project management) - Arrange and organize travel - Be present on shooting days and assist with set management. - Support minor technical implementation of website updates (no IT knowledge required) - Perform minor accounting, invoicing, accounts payable, and data entry tasks **What success in this role looks like to us**: - Swift execution of tasks and projects. - Clear lines of communication and daily status updates. - Building a foundation of trust with the team to rely on you to make their jobs easier **Qualifications for the role**: - Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role - Proficient with GSuite - Excellent communication skills in english & german. - You know everything And if you don't, you will learn it before our CEO knows it. - ChatGPT is your best friend. - Detail-oriented with good time management skills and ability to prioritize work - Strong organizational skills - Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Proactivity and self-direction You will join a team of curious and passionate folks committed to creating the best learning experiences for dancers around the world.
