All organizations, especially those in Europe, need an urgent energy revolution given the current geopolitical climate. Our novel process relies on current, tried-and-true technologies while importing substantial amounts of reasonably priced renewable energy. We will transform sun and wind into sustainable and cost-effective eNG (electric natural gas), combining green H2 and circular CO2 and using existing infrastructure to deliver green, secure energy.

We are creating the world’s largest green energy value chain.

To deliver on its ambitions TES is currently building a world class top management team. In parallel the organization is growing from 50+ employees today to several hundred by the end of next year.

**What you will do**:
As Origination Lead Germany in the Origination & Sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company in the German market by establishing or further building out relationships with anchor customers and strategic clients interested in upstream partnerships with TES, and by closing binding contracts with such customers/strategic clients in Germany.

**As Origination Lead, you will**:

- Be accountable for the entire relationship with selected strategic accounts/partners.
- Understand the needs and goals, particularly decarbonization targets, strategies, and available alternatives, of potential strategic customers and develop customized approaches to meet their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target strategic customers, across various levels.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with the commercial team to drive growth and maximize revenue potential through the identification and cultivation of strategic customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close binding contracts with key clients or partners, in particular joint venture agreements and other commercial arrangements.
- Manage projects with strategic customers and partners, including developing a project plan, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful implementation of the cooperation in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
- Report on progress using a CRM tool against strategic account plans and revenue targets.
- Ensure TES C-level is pulled in at appropriate time, and with appropriate briefing into strategic relations. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on status of strategic customer relationships including progress, challenges, and opportunities.

TES office and home office.

**Who you are**:

- 5+ years’ experience in TES target customer industries in Germany, target customer industries include chemicals, steel, utility, materials, manufacturing and consumer goods, or solution or service providers for these industries.
- Track record of building successful customer relationships and closing deals with TES target customers in Germany.
- Industry knowledge: Relevant industry experience and successful track record of negotiating and closing binding agreements with large customers and high levels of complexity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt in fast-changing environment with hands-on mentality as the company grows and develops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various levels of stakeholders.
- Inspirational influencer.
- Excellent emotional intelligence, and the ability to understand the needs and motivations of others.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus.
- High working proficiency level in German required.
