Job details
- Drive creative concepts and flawless execution to enhance PSI’s visual communications
- Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop high-impact creative assets in print and digital
- Develop and optimize processes for a productive and goal-oriented collaboration with other teams
- Work closely with Online Marketing, Content Marketing, Field Marketing and Product Marketing
- Develop templates for recurring assets, such as social media posts, ppt, etc.
- Develop the design function into a center of excellence for visual communications

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Design or a related field
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in a B2B company
- Experience in a software environment is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma)
- Experience in video editing a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
- German language skills a big plus
- Experience in designing assets for B2B marketing
- Highly pragmatic yet detail-oriented
- Strong ability to turn ideas into designs
