**THE ROLE AND THE TEAM**
As a Sr. Global Art Director in the Creative Direction team you will be responsible to ideate, conceptualise and art direct Global Campaign Concepts together with the world's leading creative Agencies, which can be trans-created across all channels and markets. You have a strong fashion background and are used to develop trend
- & fashion-driven Campaigns that can be rolled out via multiple platforms.

- You understand the Zalando vision as well as the needs of our Stakeholders and make them work together to create outstanding creatives in alignment with the Creative Director and the Marketing Teams.
- Acting as a consultant, guardian and quality control on global & local campaigns and editorial initiatives working in close collaboration with the worlds best-in-class creative Agencies
- Elevate the quality and consistency of our global creative output across all consumer facing touchpoints, ensuring on brand execution, fashion competency and state of the art art buying
- Develop together with the team lead Zalandos Art direction, give clear direction and be the Go To Person when it comes to fashion art direction, full funnel campaign conceptualisation and social media campaign execution

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET IF YOU**
- Successfully earned a degree in Design, Fashion, Arts, Communication or other relevant field. You have 7+ years of work experience as an Art Director for fashion brands and/or ecommerce.
- You possess an In-depth knowledge of trends in fashion photography, campaigns, social media, casting, and art buying as well as European working experience and consumer knowledge for fashion and sports.
- You are open to others’ ideas, able to provide professional feedback and serve as a role-model for your colleagues.
- Strong in stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.
- Inspiring portfolio in fashion ecommerce and editorial content.
