We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Partner with the best

You will perform the daily operations of plant(s) & project management organization to ensure reliability and consistency on product deliver. Includes Service Shops. Department has a leading role in knowledge management. Decides about knowledge management. Stimulates sharing of knowledge.

As a UT Global Operations & Projects Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- Drive project management execution for standard project orders
- Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
- Team management of salaried employees. This does include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.
- Partner with UT Leadership team to drive Inspection Business System
- Develop & execute long term GSC strategy, including footprint, talent and supply base, and services.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Significant years of experience in Operation Management.
