Are you an Accountant (M/F/d) with experience in international accounting and looking for a new professional challenge with an established employer? Then you have come to the right place. Our client is an established company in the household appliance industry and is now looking for an Accountant (M/F/d). The offices of our client are located in the center of Munich and have an optimal connection to public transport as well as employee parking. On top, the employees (M/F/d) are offered flexible working hours, the option of home office as well as many other employee benefits. The position is only available through direct placement. **Your responsibilities**: - Communicating explanations of bills to clients as needed, and resolving any discrepancies that may occur - Other administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, sending invoices and/or account statements, etc - Processing and recording incoming payments (on a daily basis) - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities & tracking and following up on unpaid invoices - Researching and resolving account discrepancies - Assist with monthly/yearly closings - Reconcile the accounts receivable (on a regular basis) to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Maintain the Customer Data Base - Invoicing (electronic and hard copies) **Your profile**: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( is an advantage/ good to have) - 1 - 2 years of proven accounting work experience is preferred - Preferably skilled in ERP system (ideally SAP- FI) and working knowledge in MS-Office package, specially Excel - Accuracy and attention to detail when managing accounting figures and financial records - Ability to interact professionally with customers - Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German and English Der Masterplan für Ihre Karriere: Wir finden genau den Job, der zu Ihnen passt.
