**Marketing Coordinator (M/F/d) Location: Munich (Germany)**

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Marketing** **Localization Coordinator (M/F/d)** to join our team.

**SUMMARY**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate the localization and translation projects of our various product, sales, marketing, and support assets from start to finish, working closely with internal departments and external service providers.
- Schedule translators, supervise and track production schedules, manage translation quality and delivery. Work closely with language specialists.
- You keep style guides and glossaries up-to-date.
- Proofread texts from English into your native language (if applicable)
- Assist in other Marketing-related projects as needed.
- Supports the Senior Director of Marketing and Communication in all relevant documentation and reporting purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You have at least 2 years of practical experience, ideally in marketing. Experience in science or consumer goods is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in related field (localization, business, linguistics). Ideally you have gathered some experience in localization coordination or a comparable field.
- Curiosity for language, culture, regional nuance, and the desire to continually build empathy. Experience in content and marketing is a plus.
- Great organizational talent and flexibility are a must.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (working language is English). Ideally good knowledge of another European language.
- Responsiveness and professionalism in communication with others.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- International experience and/or working for an American cooperation is an advantage.
- The ability to work well with others and understand the importance of collaboration.
- Dealing with common content management systems, online marketing, and analysis tools is not a headache for you. You are also proficient in MS Office programs with advanced Excel skills.
