**Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)**
**MAIN PURPOSE**
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the Vacheron Constantin’s Marketing Plan.
The new Team member will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communication and will be responsible of the trade marketing activities execution in the Northern Europe Market, according to the Brand’s strategy.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **EVENTS**:
- Elaborate and propose Brand events’ concepts (novelty presentation, boutique and multi-brand events, manufacture visits, etc), implement and execute events in a qualitative and timely manner, ensure accurate cost monitoring, prepare post-event reports
- Be responsible for the coordination of the travel collection
- **VISUAL MERCHANDISING**:
- Coordinate and support boutique and shop-in-shop projects as contact person for headquarters, suppliers and wholesale partners, with regards to vendor creations, orders, invoicing and cost monitoring
- Implement VM animations as well as special decorations / projects in coordination with hearquarters, suppliers and wholesale partners, with regards to orders, allocations, reporting and cost monitoring
- Ensure a consistent Brand presence at the POS in line with corporate guidelines
- **MEDIA**:Support the implementation of offline campaigns and offline coop activities with wholesale partners incl. media follow-up
- **CRM**:Be the contact person for CRM activities and implementation of CRM campaigns, check of data entry and reporting
- **BUDGET / SAP**: Ensure accurate recording, invoice handling and monitoring for the above-mentioned areas within SAP
**ABOUT YOU**
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on Marketing
- First professional experience in a Marketing Department (Luxury/Fashion/FMCG company)
- High affinity to the luxury segment, enthusiastic for luxury watches
- High independent working style, flexible and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and above-average organizational talent, with proactive behavior and problem-solving orientation
- High level of self-motivation and reliability, with rigorous attention to details
- Advanced English, both written and spoken, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Superior mastery of Microsoft Office package, especially of Power Point and Excel (SAP would be a plus)
