**Teamleitung Continuous Improvement (m/w/d)**:

Als Teamleiter für kontinuierliche Verbesserung etablieren und pflegen Sie mit Ihrem Team eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei ABB, nutzen die Lean Six Sigma Methodik und schaffen Transparenz zur Überwachung des Fortschritts. Sie berichten an die Produktionsleitung und werden typischerweise Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung in der lokalen Organisation umsetzen und/oder mehrere Projekte meistern.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Sie definieren relevante Aktionspläne und Trainings für das Personal und die notwendigen Ressourcen.
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser Umsetzung von Projekten
- Zusammenarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um die Strategie umzusetzen und bei Bedarf zu eskalieren, um Hindernisse zu beseitigen
- Identifizierung von wichtigen Teammitgliedern in jeder Funktion zur Unterstützung von Projekten innerhalb des Standorts und Ermutigung von Schlüsselpersonen, ihre Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln
- Sie beraten mit ihrem Team Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte in der Produktion und arbeiten bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungen mit diesen zusammen.
- Unternehmensweite Sichtbarkeit des aktuellen Portfolios an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Verfolgung des Fortschritts und des Werts dieser Maßnahmen
- Sie leiten selbstständig und unterstützen abteilungsübergreifenden Projekte auch auf internationaler Ebene.

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Technisches Studium FH (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektronik mit Zusatzqualifikation Methodenkompetenz (L6S, KATA, KVP, Wertstrom,etc.)
- Ausgeprägte methodische Arbeitsweise zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung und Prozessverbesserung - L6S Philosophie
- Zertifizierung in Green Belt, Black Belt wünschenswert
- Nachgewiesene Arbeitserfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse / Englisch in Wort
