KG You support our team as **Payroll Accountant (f/m/d)**: **Responsibilities**: - You are responsible for carrying out monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees, including batch processing of test and live payroll runs, plus all preparatory and follow-up work - You are in charge of maintaining, checking and archiving payroll-relevant personnel data as well as batch imports of transaction data with the software used - You oversee the preparation, implementation and monitoring of payroll accounting and the certification and reporting system - You advise and support managers and employees on all tax and social security issues - You correspond independently with public authorities, social security institutions and tax authorities - Your tasks also include looking after the company pension scheme and providing support in time management and access control - You participate in task-specific project activities **Qualifications**: - You have successfully completed your (commercial) training, optionally with further training as a personnel specialist, or have a similar qualification - You have sound, practical professional experience in payroll accounting in an industrial company - You have good knowledge of tax and social security law - You are also familiar with a time management system, knowledge of the PAISY payroll software is an advantage - You are familiar with the use of MS Office - Your personality is characterized by a high level of social competence, strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to work in a team - You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C1) and a good command of English The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
