Your mission

HR is your passion? You would like to get to know all areas of HR management? You enjoy supporting employees? You enjoy lending a hand and always have an open ear? Then become a part of Blickfeld. As an HR working student (M/F/d) you will work together with our HR Manager Maria and Hiring Managers on various topics. You will get a deep insight into the start-up business and in our agile working environment with flat hierarchies you will have the opportunity to contribute and implement your ideas.

Your tasks
- You manage our HR operations and administrative tasks such as recruiting, onboarding and personnel management.
- You support us in recruiting and take care of the daily applicant correspondence via our HR management software, among others
- Together with our cooperation partner, you will organize various events related to company health management
- Together with our HR manager, you will manage and further develop our internal training platform
- You will also have the opportunity to assist with other topics, such as: preparatory payroll, supervision of our working students, etc.

**Profile**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student of business administration or similar with a focus on human resource management or psychology
- In addition to your entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and ability to work in a team, you also have a technical affinity
- Your working style is characterized by a structured, independent, analytical and detail-oriented approach to work
- Thanks to your positive and open nature, you do not hesitate to interact at all levels, be it through phone calls or internal communication with HR managers
- You have very good communication skills, both verbally and in writing in German and English
- Experience in recruiting and in the HR environment are a plus
