We are looking for passionate, motivated and entrepreneurial team members who not only implement but are also willing to take the controls and pilot a fast-growing deep-tech business.

Tasks
- Operational tasks in day-to-day business, e.g. contract preparation, onboarding and offboarding
- Participation in several projects and writing HR policies
- Assist in talent management topics
- Support in recruiting (placement of job advertisements, screening of applicants, communication with applicants)

**Requirements**:

- Advanced studies (human resource management, psychology or similar)
- First practical experience through previous internships / working student activities in HR
- Independent working method and quick comprehension skills
- Reliability, conscientiousness and commitment
- Service orientation and sociability
- Communication and organizational skills
- Very good MS-Office Knowledge
- Business fluent in German and fluent in English
