To strengthen our TA team in Berlin, we are looking for a (Middle) Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist as soon as possible.
**Job Description**:
- Recruitment with a focus on contact center and customer experience management in a rapidly growing international environment.
- Conducting qualified selection interviews
- Analyse and further develop innovative recruitment strategies and participate in the development of employer branding measures
- Participating in recruitment projects and further developing processes
**Qualifications**:
- Practical experience in recruitment, ideally within a company as well as in an international and high-growth environment.
- Completed degree or commercial training
- Communication skills, ability to argue, initiative
- Languages: English (С1), Russian (В1)
