- Can launch new products and rapidly find product-market fit for them
- Works confidently with analytics and can find answers to questions using data
- Can work with a high degree of autonomy, formulate product strategy, and implement it
- Works with the team, explains tasks, help solve problems, and provides support at all stages of feature launches

**Who you are**:
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager in mobile apps (experience with mobile games will be an additional advantage)
- You have worked on a portfolio of products, shipped improvements with measurable results, and have the numbers to prove it
- Knowledge in UX design, the ability to create user scenarios and design user flows
- Understanding the mobile game advertising market will be a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- You speak and write in English fluently
