**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE SUPPORTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE PART OF OUR HR DEPARTMENT. IN DETAIL**:

- Actively assist with all administrative processes of a modern HR administration, such as creating and maintaining personnel files, creating contract documents/certificates/etc., and filing
- Maintain the content of our HR intranet site
- Enter and maintain HR data in our personnel system
- Take on your own sub-projects to optimize our processes

**YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- You are an enrolled student and ideally have some experience in human resources management
- You are characterized by a fast comprehension, reliability and discretion complemented by an independent and structured way of working
- You are confident in using MS Office and Google Workspace; prior knowledge of Personio would be a nice to have
- You enjoy working accurately in a dynamic, international environment and are preferably available on fixed days for 20h/week
